Report a listing
Spotted an advert that breaks our rules, looks like a scam, or is in the wrong place? Reporting it takes a moment and helps keep Preloved safe for everyone. Here’s how.

Open the advert
Find the advert you want to report and open its page. You can browse or search all adverts to find it again.

Choose “Report this advert”
Near the bottom of the advert you’ll find a Report this advert link. If you’re not signed in yet, we’ll ask you to sign in first — reports are confidential and tied to your account so our team can follow up if needed.

Pick a reason and add detail
Tell us what’s wrong — a prohibited item, a scam, spam, offensive content or the wrong category — and add anything else that helps us review it.

We take it from there
Every report goes to our moderation team. You won’t usually hear back, but we review each one and act on anything that breaks our rules.
Reporting a member or a message?
If the problem is a conversation rather than an advert, you can report or block a member from within your messages. For anything urgent, or if you think a crime has taken place, please also contact the police. You can always contact our support team with a link to what you’ve seen.
