These keep you signed in, remember your recent searches and preferences, protect your account, and keep the site secure. The marketplace can’t work without them, so they can’t be switched off — but they’re only ever used to provide the service you’ve asked for.

Analytics cookies help us understand how Preloved is used — which pages are popular, where people get stuck — so we can improve it. The reports we look at are aggregated; they don’t identify you personally. These cookies are optional and only set with your consent.

Advertising helps keep Preloved free to use. Advertising cookies may be used to show you adverts that are more relevant, and to limit how often you see the same one. They are optional and only set with your consent — you can opt out at any time without losing any marketplace features.

You can accept or decline optional cookies in the banner when you first visit, and change your mind later via the cookie settings link in the footer. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies entirely — bear in mind that blocking essential cookies will stop parts of Preloved working (staying signed in, for example).
